geh\u00f6rt zur <strong>Region Toskana<\/strong>. Von Piombino aus fahren regelm\u00e4\u00dfig F\u00e4hren nach Elba. Es bestehen F\u00e4hrverbindungen zu den H\u00e4fen Portoferraio, Cavo und Rio Marina. Mit der F\u00e4hre von Piombino aus erricht man die Hauptstadt der Insel,\u00a0 Portoferraio nach einer etwa 30-min\u00fctigen \u00dcberfahrt. In Campo nell\u2019Elba befindet sich der Flugplatz Marina di Campo. Es handelt sich um einen kleinen Flugplatz, der von nur sehr wenigen Airlines angeflogen wird, gute Flugverbindungen sind daher eher schwer zu finden. Allerdings eignet sich Elba als Ziel f\u00fcr einen Privatflug. Elba ist eine unglaublich gr\u00fcne Insel mit Bergen, feinen Sand- und Kieselstr\u00e4nden und felsigen Buchten. Die Natur ist vielf\u00e4ltig: neben Eichen-, Kastanien- und Pinienw\u00e4lder lassen sich auch Palmen auf der Insel finden. Ebenfalls zur typischen Vegetation der Insel z\u00e4hlen Agaven, Feigenb\u00e4ume und Kakteen. Eine Fahrt \u00fcber die Insel f\u00fchrt vorbei an Olivenhainen und Weinst\u00f6cken. W\u00e4hlt am besten ein kleines <strong>individuelles Hotel<\/strong> oder ein <strong>Bed and Breakfast<\/strong>, so umgeht ihr lange Schlange am Buffett und \u00fcberf\u00fcllte Liegen am Pool. Wir haben uns f\u00fcr ein kleines Hotel im Nord-Westen der Insel, entschieden. Den Strand konnten wir von unserer Unterkunft aus nach etwa 10 Minuten Fu\u00dfweg erreichen. Einen Pool hatte das Hotel nicht, daf\u00fcr eine gro\u00dfe Gartenanlage mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegepl\u00e4tzen. \u00a0Sowohl beim Essen, als auch von den verschiedenen gem\u00fctlichen Die meisten Strandabschnitte der Insel sind kleine Buchten, und daher sind die Pl\u00e4tze f\u00fcr Liegefl\u00e4chen ebenfalls \u00fcberschaubar. An den beliebtesten Sandstr\u00e4nden stehen die Liegen sehr dicht nebeneinander. Beim Strandbesuch habt ihr die Wahl zwischen \u00fcberf\u00fcllten Strandabschnitten mit Liegen und Schirmen und vielen <strong>kleinen romantischen Buchten<\/strong>. Wenn ihr einen Strand f\u00fcr euch alleine haben wollt, dann sucht euch eine kleine Bucht aus, bei der man nicht direkt am Strand parken kann, sondern einen Hang hinunter steigen muss. Oft f\u00fchren kleine Pfade durch den Wald oder \u00fcber unebene Schotterpisten zu diesen abgelegenen Buchten. Nach nur wenigen Minuten k\u00f6nnt ihr eine Bucht erreichen, die ihr f\u00fcr euch allein habt, oder nur mit wenigen anderen Besuchern teilt, die sich ebenfalls durch den unwegsamen Weg nach unten, das einsame Paradies verdient haben. Denkt dran, euch Getr\u00e4nke und Snacks einzupacken, denn diese Buchten sind wundersch\u00f6n und abgelegen. Von den Bergstra\u00dfen aus, er\u00f6ffnen sich immer wieder tolle Ausblicke auf die K\u00fcste und das Meer, es lohnt sich immer mal anzuhalten und das Panorama zu genie\u00dfen. Einige Orte sind touristisch st\u00e4rker frequentiert, wer sich mal f\u00fcr einen Abend ins Get\u00fcmmel wagen will, kann hier mal an der Promenade flanieren. Auch in den st\u00e4rker frequentierten Orten hatten wir nicht das Gef\u00fchl, dass es \u00fcberf\u00fcllt ist. Allerdings finden sich hier neben kleinen Boutiquen auch ein paar Souvenirl\u00e4den mit dem \u00fcblichen Kitsch. Uns haben besonders die kleineren Ortschaften der Insel gefallen. Bereits wenn man auf den Ort zuf\u00e4hrt, bietet sich ein tolles Fotomotiv, des scheinbar in den Berg gebauten Dorfes. Am Ortseingang liegt eine kleine Terrasse neben der Stra\u00dfe, hier gibt es ein paar L\u00e4den, ein Restaurant und eine gute <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zerogradigelateria.it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Eisdiele<\/a>, die Gelateria Zero Gradi. Von der Terrasse aus kann man wieder einen typischen Ausblick auf die wundersch\u00f6ne Insellandschaft genie\u00dfen. Geht man durch das Stadttor, Porta di Lorena, so kommt man in einen <strong>authentischen Ort<\/strong>, der vom Tourismus noch kaum ver\u00e4ndert scheint. Im Inneren des Ortes findet man viele kleine Gassen mit Wohnh\u00e4usern und einigen kleine L\u00e4den. Es scheint viele ans\u00e4ssige K\u00fcnstler und Handwerker zu geben, es finden sich L\u00e4den mit verschiedenen handgefertigten Produkten wie Seifen und Marmeladen. Renato, der Besitzer einer kleinen Marmeladen Manufaktur, stellt selber verschiedene ausgefallene Sorten Marmeladen und Chutneys her. Der Verkaufsraum des <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ilcapepe.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Il Capepe<\/a> ist ein uriger Gew\u00f6lbekeller, die kreativen Kreationen entstehen gleich nebenan, in einer kleinen K\u00fcche. Nachdem wir einige Marmeladen kosten konnten, d\u00fcrfen drei Gl\u00e4ser unser Reisegep\u00e4ck ein bisschen beschweren.<\/p>\n<p>Ab und zu scheint sich doch mal ein Tourist in diesem Ort aufzuhalten, denn es gibt Schilder, die den Weg zu den Sehensw\u00fcrdigkeiten des kleinen Ortes, angeben. Es gibt ein, auf einem H\u00fcgel gelegenes, Fort (Fortezza Pisana). Wir haben es nicht von Innen besichtigt, aber hier bietet sich ein toller Ausblick auf die K\u00fcste und auf die D\u00e4cher von Marciana. In der Bar nebenan haben wir den Ausblick und ein paar k\u00fchle Drinks genie\u00dfen k\u00f6nnen.<br \/><em>Probiert doch mal das leckere Napoleon Bier!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ein weiteres Schild f\u00fchrt zur <strong>Madonna de Monte<\/strong>. Wie der Name schon sagt, liegt sie auf einem Berg. Der Aufstieg dauert etwa 45 Minuten. Die Strecke ist nur f\u00fcr festes Schuhwerk geeignet und untersch\u00e4tzt die Hitze nicht, denn manche Abschnitte bieten kaum Schatten. Der Abstieg geht relativ schnell und wieder unten im Ort angekommen und kann dann auch dort in einem Lokal etwas trinken, aber solltet ihr planen dem Wanderpfad ab Maria del Monte weiter zu folgen und <strong>Napoleonische Villa dei Mulini<\/strong>. Wenige Kilometer von Portoferraio in Richtung Procchio liegt das Anwesen, in dem Napoleon w\u00e4hrend seines Exils auf Elba residierte (1814-1815). Wir haben die Wohnr\u00e4ume, mit originaler Einrichtung und die G\u00e4rten der Villa besichtigt. Der Eintritt kostet 5\u20ac pro Person. F\u00fchrungen gab es nicht, aber man kann den aufgestellten Tafeln umfassende Informationen entnehmen. Besonders sehenswert sind die Bibliothek und die G\u00e4rten. <strong>Hafenstadt Portoferraio<\/strong> zu verbinden. Hier k\u00f6nnt ihr durch die h\u00fcbschen Gassen mit vielen Lokalen und kleinen Gesch\u00e4ften schlendern. Auch in Portoferraio gibt es eine Gelateria Zero Gradi, hier gibt es sogar noch eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Auswahl an ausgefallenen Sorten. Ich habe hier Myrthe und Ricotta-Feige probiert. Auf Elba findet sich eine gute Auswahl lokaler Weine, besonders bekannt ist der <strong>Aleatico<\/strong>, ein s\u00fc\u00dfer Desertwein. Zur Herstellung des Weins bleiben die Trauben \u00fcber ihren Reifegrad hinaus noch einige Wochen an dem Weinstock, dann werden sie geerntet und f\u00fcr mehrere Tage in die Sonne gelegt und dabei oft gewendet. Erst danach werden sie zu Wein weiterverarbeitet. Abschlie\u00dfend lagert der Wein f\u00fcr mindestens ein Jahr in Eichenf\u00e4ssern, bevor er in Flaschen abgef\u00fcllt wird. Der Wein hat eine dunkelrote F\u00e4rbung und duftet nach Obst, er passt hervorragend zu Desserts Schokolade und dem typischen Geb\u00e4ck, <strong>Schiaccia briaca<\/strong>.\u00a0Zu den weiteren Spezialit\u00e4ten der Insel geh\u00f6ren verschiedene hausgemachte Pastagerichte, <strong>Wildschwein<\/strong> und frische Fischgerichte.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div><div class=\"w-image align_center\"><div class=\"w-image-h\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\"
